Superbly positioned, right on the beach, this quiet,
frontline, second
floor, air-conditioned apartment with partial sea
view is now available for
rentals. It has a fully equipped, spacious lounge
with TV and DVD
Player, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms with fitted
wardrobes, a small
safe and one bathroom. It has a bed settee, so can
sleep 6. It is south
facing, enjoying midday sun on the larger than average
balcony.
The apartment building has residents-only pools
and a large sunbathing
area, situated in the private inner courtyard (which
this apartment
overlooks as well as the sea). The complex is made
up of two blocks; our
apartment is in the quieter back block. There are
2 lifts in each block and
ramps throughout the communal areas making this a
wheelchair friendly
complex.
Playa De Los Locos, on the Costa Blanca, is a long
stretch of
beautiful sandy beach which gently slopes into the
crystal clear waters of
the Mediterranean Sea. Los Locos beach has been awarded
the European Blue
Flag of cleanliness. This beach, with a children's
play area, is directly in
front of the apartment building.
There are beach bars and restaurants along the front
and a butcher's,
fishmonger's, bakery and small supermarket just around
the corner, providing
mouth-wateringly fresh bread, pastries, fish and
meat produce.
Just a 5-minute walk away is the totally pedestrianised
promenade/beach and restaurants of Playa Del Cura,
where you can happily
watch your children on the beach while enjoying a
nice relaxing meal! The
numerous restaurants cater for all tastes.
You are also within 20 minutes walking distance
of the lively town
centre of Torrevieja where you will find street markets,
a marina and
harbour, resident fun fair, buzzing nightlife and
an extensive new
promenade.
