The apartment on the edge of town and close to the Park of Nations, has 2 bedrooms: one double, with king size bed and one twin. Both bedrooms are fully equipped with all furnishings and fittings to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, electric frying pan. The lounge and dining area are comfortably furnished for those relaxing moments after a long day of activity in the sunshine. A balcony and internal patio, patio doors lead off the main bedroom and hallway.

The apartment sleeps 5 and comprises:

• English TV, DVD, CD and Hi-Fi
• Ceiling and stand alone fans
• Board games, cards, children's toys, beach toys, sun brolly
• A well equipped kitchen.

The local beaches carry the European Blue Flag Award and are only 10/15 minutes walk away. Visitors are welcome to make use of the beach parasol and childrens beach toys to be found in the apartment.

Torrevieja has a variety of shops and many restaurants catering for all tastes. Nearest bars and restaurants 5 minutes walk away.  The Chinese restaurants in particular offer very good value. The town is ideal for self-catering as it offers a Hypermarket (only 5 minutes drive away) there is a supermarket only 5 minutes walk away and a 24  hour shop on the corner, as well as a permanent fish and fruit/vegetable market.

The promenade is a hive of activity in the evenings with a busy flea market and an excellent, permanent fun fair to enjoy. Take a stroll along the marble walkways, choose from one of the many restaurants for your evening meal, you will be spoilt for choice; or stop in one of the superb ice cream shops or bars and people watch a while!  The OZONE area, nearby, boasts a Casino and many restaurants, Mexican, Italian and Spanish, there is also a bowling alley and many bars
